ABOUT ME

My story

Hi! I was raised in Kazakhstan and, currently, am a happy resident of one of the most beautiful places in the world: the North Shore of Vancouver, BC!

​

At first, I came here to study business, worked in my field and realized all the downturns of working in the office: back pains, low energy, ever-increasing weight, and not much drive or motivation.

​

I turned my life around; I went back to school and started working as a personal trainer in a private studio. Since then, I committed to helping others improve the quality of their lives by guiding people to become confident, strong, inspired, and joyful through moving and exercising!

Thoughts and insights

When you try doing something for the first time, it might seem awkward, difficult, or even impossible. Try again and again, with the right guidance, and you will see yourself not only doing something you thought you couldn't but also improving! And then there is no going back! Once you find something that drives you to move forward, it motivates you and changes a lot of aspects of your life.

Have no time or money? Have aches or old injuries that get in the way of moving? Not a problem! There is always a solution if you want to find it! I am fully committed to helping find it for my clients and make sustainable changes.

One of the things that motivates me, and I really strive for, is seeing a person leaving a session feeling much better! Small achievements build up to a huge difference and a great success!

MY MISSION

I want to make people feel confident, strong, inspired and joyful by helping them move. It is truly miraculous how moving and challenging yourself physically can be a turning point in your well-being.
